Description
Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure all necessary labor, supervision, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances necessary to increase the storage capacity of the south berm of Ash Pit by vertically expanding existing Ash Pit Nos. 1 through 4 into one (1) large, combined Ash Disposal Facility and all other work as specified in these Contract Documents at the DISTRICT'S Gerald Gentleman Station (GGS).

Pre-Bid Meeting Details
A mandatory pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at GGS, located at 6089 South Highway 25, Sutherland, Nebraska, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., CDT, for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is imperative that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting. Bids will not be accepted from any Bidder not in attendance at the pre-bid meeting. If you plan to participate, email Sarah Hopwood at sjhopwo@nppd.com and Melinda (Mindy) Evans at maevans@nppd.com with the names of those representatives planning to participate in this pre-bid and the company they represent.
