Asbestos Abatement Project - Elementary School - Grandview, MO

Sealed Bids for the Elementary School Asbestos Abatement Project, will be received by the Architect, Roth Environmental Consultants, Inc. located at 7200 West 132nd Steet, Suite 360, in Overland Park, Kansas, 66213. Bids must be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. local time (CST) on Thursday, April 30th, 2026 . The bids will be opened at a separate time for review. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities therein.

1. THE PROJECT

   The project means the building abatement of floor tile:

   Meadowmere, Martin City K-8 & High Grove

   Elementary Schools,

   Grandview C-4 School District

In accordance with the Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents.

1. PRE-BID CONFERENCE

   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026 at 3:00 PM , and the opportunity to view the BUILDINGS following the conference. The Initital Pre-bid walk through will be held in the Meadowmere Elementary School (7010 East 136th St, Grandview, MO 64030) Main Floor, on the campus of GRANDVIEW C-4 School District, Granview, Missouri. The second location, High Grove Elementary will be visited as well. All bidders are requested to attend.

2. QUESTIONS BY BIDDERS
