Abatement of approximately one hundred seventy (170) linear feet of asbestos-containing HVAC duct mastic and pipe insulation and associated debris inside the Two thousand four hundred fifty (2,450) square foot crawlspace of the ‘Old Cambridge House’ at 1024 W Cambridge Drive in Greenwood, South Carolina. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all asbestos-containing and/or asbestos contaminated material affected as indicated in the specifications for ‘Old Cambridge House’.
