Asbestos Abatement - James Baird Clubhouse 2nd Floor

NYS OPRHP is seeking best and final quotes for Approx. 1,000 sq-ft of asbestos abatement at James Baird Clubhouse in Pleasant Valley, NY. Includes removal and disposal of carpet and underlying floor tile, sub floor sheet material. All asbestos containing materials to be removed in their entirety.

NYS OPRHP will be responsible for providing 3rd party air monitoring.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a quote. A site visit will be held on 8/11/2025 at 10:00 AM..

Vendor questions will be received until 8/14/2025. Please submit questions via email to sandy.wiley@parks.ny.gov .

Quotes must be submitted on the attached RFQ form with all required backup documentation. No other quotes will be accepted. Quotes received after the due date will not be accepted. The RFQ form must be filled out electronically and emailed along with required back-up documentation to sandy.wiley@parks.ny.gov and robert.frey@parks.ny.gov .

All work will be compliant with Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to work practices, protection of workers, authorized visitors to the site, persons, and property adjacent to the work.
