The Town of Amherst, as Awarding Authority, is seeking written quotes for the removal and abatement of asbestos containing materials at the former Hickory Ridge Golf Course clubhouse
, 191 West Pomeroy Lane, Amherst, MA 01002
.
The work involves completely removing all known and suspect asbestos containing material from the existing building in accordance with the specifications and documents/evaluation completed by Forbes & Wheeler. Please refer to the Technical Specifications for the scope of work of this project. Building demolition and removal of other waste materials will be procured separately.

A mandatory project walk-thru is planned for Wednesday October 23, 2024 at 10:00 am at the former Hickory Ridge Golf Course clubhouse – 191 West Pomeroy Lane, Amherst, MA. All bidders are required to attend.
