Project Description: Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, hereafter referred to as NRHA, hereby seeks sealed bids from qualified firms to perform Asbestos Abatement at Moton Warehouse, located at 1445 Roberts Road, Norfolk, VA 23504.
