Equipment Description
This scope of work includes providing two (2) with Combination Ice & Water Dispensers. Please provide specifications and descriptive literature for the water systems you are submitting.
Units include advanced hygiene features, such as hands-free sensor technology for touchless dispensing, trusted and certified reverse osmosis filtration, and in-tank and in-storage UV sanitation. We would like the unit to produce 40Ilbs of ice pure day.
Each unit is constructed with reliable and durable components, including a stainless-steel cold tank, an advanced leak prevention system, and an eco-friendly energy-saving mode.
Line Items
Line Item 1 – Installation
Provide complete installation of two (2) Combination Ice & Water Dispensers, including all labor required for setup, connection to existing water, electrical, and drainage services, system startup, and verification of proper operation.
Line Item 2 – Monthly Service Cost (24 Months)
Provide monthly service costs for two (2) Combination Ice & Water Dispensers for a period of twenty-four (24) months. Provide all required routine maintenance, and any repair costs necessary to maintain proper operation of both units for the duration of the service term, including parts and labor. Pricing shall be stated as a monthly rate. Taxes are not included.
Line Item 3 – Filters & Repairs
Provide all required replacement filters on routine maintenance plan as needed. Suppliers will enter 0 for this line. As filter prices vary. This is a quotable line, and agency will pay dealer cost for filters.
