As required asphalt patching services

The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for the purchase of services for Asphalt Patching.  Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of envelope: As Need Asphalt Patching and Small Paving Services – Bid #26-048. Bids will be publicly opened and read in the office of the Purchasing Director on Tuesday July 14, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.  No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and hour.  The Purchasing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award parts of the order to separate bidders if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.  Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor & Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive.  The City of Westfield is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer (M/F/H) which encourages utilization of Minority and women owned enterprises.
