Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Office of Energy Development
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a Purchase Order (due to the short timeframe) to provide ficilitating, drafting, and finalization of a comprehensive Host Agreement. See Attachment B for additional information.
This RFP is open for a very short time due to the time table in Attachment B.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code
Length of Contract: Must be completed by September 30, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
