The Board of County Commissioners of Greene County, Ohio along with the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department in accordance with ORC 153.65-153.70 is seeking the services of a Qualified Engineering Firm for Professional Design and Program Management Services necessary for the design and management of special projects at the County’s major wastewater treatment plants.

The successful firm shall meet the requirements for qualifications as listed in the ORC 153.65 (D) and have on staff a minimum of one licensed or accredited professional for each of the services required.

LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department, 667

Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385, until 4:00 p.m., Friday, February 13, 2026, for As-

Needed Water Resource Recovery Facility Engineering Services. The Board of County

Commissioners of Greene County, Ohio along with the Greene County Sanitary Engineering

Department in accordance with ORC 153.65-153.70 is seeking the services of a Qualified

Engineering Firm for Professional Design and Program Management Services necessary for the

design and management of special projects at the County's major wastewater treatment plants.

The successful firm shall meet the requirements for qualifications as listed in the ORC 153.65 (D)

and have on staff a minimum of one licensed or accredited professional for each of the services

required.

A MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held at 11 :00 a.m., January 27,

2026, at the Sanitary Engineering Offices located at 667 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Xenia OH 45385 or

via Microsoft Teams. All interested parties must register by 9:00 a.m. on January 27, 2026 to

receive an invitation to the video conference. Register by email at

christine.fowler@greenecountyohio.gov.

Proposals shall be submitted to Randy J. Gilbert, P.E. and all questions are to be directed to Mr.

Gilbert, by email at randy.gilbert@greenecountyohio.gov

One (1) electronic version and five (5) sets of proposals shall be provided in a sealed envelope

identified as "As Needed Water Resource Recovery Facility Engineering Services", with the full

name and address ofthe Respondent on the outside ofthe envelope. Greene County shall determine

the best responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each proposal received.

The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive

any irregularity, should same be to the advantage of the County.
