Summary

The City of Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms (Consultant) for as-needed stormwater program technical support. The City intends to enter into a three-year Agreement for the requested services with up to two (2) selected Consultants. Services provided under each Agreement will have a ceiling amount of $500,000 for the initial three-year term, with an optional two-year extension, for a maximum term of five years from the date of the Agreement. A detailed scope of work and fee will be outlined for each task and assigned to the selected Consultant(s) based on expertise and availability.
