As needed plumbing services

The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for “ON CALL PLUMBING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES”. Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of envelope: “ON CALL PLUMBING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES #26-037”. Bids will be publicly opened and read in the office of the Purchasing Director on Wednesday April 29, 2026  @ 2:00 pm. If for any reason City Hall is closed due to an unforeseen circumstance, the bid opening will be held on the next business day at the same time. No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and hour. The Purchasing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award parts of the order to separate bidders if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.
