Project Description: Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, hereafter referred to as NRHA, hereby seeks sealed bids from qualified contractors for As Needed Non-Routine and Emergent Electrical Service. Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 PM Norfolk, Virginia local time on Friday, February 28, 2025. Late bids will not be accepted. Final date for questions is Friday, February 14, 2025, at 2:00 Virginia local time. After this date, questions will not be accepted.
