Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: MTA New York City Transit maintains a network of subway yards staffed by thousands of employees throughout the five (5) boroughs of NYC and it requires the services of qualified contractor(s) to perform ice/sleet/snow clearing, plowing, removal, and de-icing services at ten (10) NYCT train yards located throughout the five (5) boroughs of NYC (“the Work”).
