As Needed Cold Plane Milling and Hot Mix Asphalt in place

The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for the purchase of as needed services for Cold Plane Milling and Hot Mix Asphalt Paving in Place.  Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of envelope: Cold Plane Milling and Hot Mix Asphalt Paving in Place – Bid #25-009.  Bids will be publicly opened and read on December 18, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.  Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor & Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive.  Mass DOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Pavement-Surfacing, for the project with an estimated value of $3,188,550 will be required.”
