It is the intent of the District with this Statement of Interest (SOI) to gather information, experience, and to expand the District network of qualified architectural, engineering, and environmental professional services firms to perform various and as-needed services for the District. Proposers may be contracted at any point after this SOI has concluded to provide architectural and/or engineering services for the following, but not limited to:


  • Pre-Design Services

  • Schematic Design

  • Product & Material Specifications

  • Design Development

  • Construction Documentation

  • Construction Inspections

  • Additional/supplemental Topographic Surveying


Please note that a response to this SOI does not guarantee any subsequent award of a contract for District services.
