The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide mobility devices. See Attachment B for addtional information.
This RFP will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is highest score for each line item.
Length of Contract: 5 years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for cost for 1 year. The discount will be for the term of the contract.
