Arts and Cultural Scheduling Software

Project Description: The City of Tempe is seeking proposals from qualified firms to replace its existing event scheduling system. The objective is to implement a modern, efficient, productive calendar mapping software that can navigate the operating needs for not only Tempe Center for the Arts, but potentially all of Community Services. This software will be used to schedule events across multiple locations; track all inventory, attendance, scheduling details, staffing and costs for those events as well as provide extensive reporting capabilities and, ideally interconnection with our accounting and ticketing software.
