Description: The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation intends to procure, prepare and deploy programmatically acceptable reef building materials on multiple permitted reef sites located in the Atlantic Ocean, Great South Bay and Long Island Sound pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). Interested parties should contact the Department’s designated contact for more details about this opportunity.
Offerors shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts During a Procurement and the Prohibition of Inappropriate Lobbying Influence.
