2. Digitize the data for processing

a. Student Name, high school name, course names, course credits, course level, year etc. must be parsed into separate data fields b. Data must be able to be securely transferred between vendor and buyer c. Vendor must be able to securely store data to industry standards and follow the buyer's data retention and destruction policies

3. Categorize courses and course levels by using context of the transcript and other data sources a. Categorize courses into English, Math, Science, Social Science, etc. b. Further classify courses by standard course type (e.g., Geometry, Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, etc.) c. Understand course codes to categorize courses by rigor (e.g., Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, Honors, Standard College Preparatory Course, etc.)
