Project Description: The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities,
services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally
includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Removal of the existing below-grade concrete vault and piping.
2. Preparing and pouring a new concrete pad for the new well house building.
3. Installation of the new piping and pump.
Engineers Estimate: $1,252,500.00
