The Tempe Union High School District would like to invite you to submit a bid for Art Supplies . Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tuhsd , no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, August 28, 2026 .

Tempe Union High School District, located in Tempe, Arizona, hereinafter referred to as the “District” or “TUHSD” is soliciting offers from reputable and qualified vendors to support the needs of the District’s schools and departments for classroom art supplies. Some products including but not limited to drawing and painting media, paper and canvas, brushes and tools, textiles, and general craft supplies may be requested to support K-12 art instruction, advanced and fine arts coursework, preschool arts and crafts activities, and cultural art projects. This procurement aims to ensure consistent, cost-effective, and timely access to high-quality art supplies to support the needs of TUHSD and the broader SAVE cooperative membership.

Tempe Union High School District serves students in grades nine through twelve in Tempe, Arizona. The District is comprised of six high schools with a student enrollment of approximately 12,000 students in parts of Tempe, Chandler, and Phoenix, Arizona. Six of the sites are comprehensive high schools and Tempe Union Online, being alternative high schools. The Tempe Union High School District is a highly-performing District and is known for excellence in teaching and learning.

As lead agency, TUHSD's own art supply needs center on general and advanced high school and fine arts coursework, alongside cultural art projects connected to the District's Native American Education Program, as well as craft supplies supporting the District's preschool programs, and special education programs. Other participating SAVE member districts may use the resulting contract to support K-12 art instruction and preschool arts and crafts activities. Reliable vendor performance, accurate fulfillment, timely delivery, and stable pricing, supports instructional continuity across this range of programs and member districts.
