NOTICE TO BIDDERS

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This project consists of intersection improvements at Arrowood Road and Whitehall Commons Center Drive. The
work includes installation of a full traffic signal system, pedestrian signals, curb ramps, roadway widening, and
crosswalk improvements. The project limits extend approximately 575 linear feet and include all associated traffic
control and related construction necessary to complete the intersection upgrades.
Bidding documents, which include a downloadable copy of one (1) Project Manual and one (1) full-size Drawing
set, are available for free from the Procurement Portal.
Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work.
A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.
