The Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) is soliciting proposals from interested offerors for the following:

ARRC intends to award one or more contract(s) for professional services to provide as-needed Environmental Compliance Services as it relates to NEPA documentation, project figures, wetland delineations, biological assessments, public involvement, emergency response, permitting, and construction support services for projects throughout the Alaska Railroad rail corridor and Reserve Lands.
