is $35.00 which may be paid online via a credit card. Paper copy Plans and Specifications may be secured for a non-refundable
fee in the amount of $250.00 per set from the Issuing Office of Tri-state Area Contractor’s Association located at 1216 Illinois
Avenue, Joplin, MO 64801 or by telephone at 417-627-9392. Only subscribing members have access to download those
documents on the plan room but plans can be sent to non-subscribers via the plan room upon receipt of payment and they are
added to the plan holder list at that time.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the sole responsibility of all planholders, whether or not they have received digital downloads or paper copies
of the plans and specifications, to return to the Plan Room (https://www.ipdservices.com/clients/tristate/) periodically to check for
Addenda which may have been posted. Neither the Owner nor Engineer have any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness
