ARPA: Sgoda Road Division B - Elevated Storage Tank

Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed bids for the project titled Sgoda Road Service Area 200,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank ¿ Division B until, December 2, 2025, at 4:00 pm at Twiggs County Board of Commission, Jeffersonville, Georgia. Bids shall be submitted at the Board of Commissioners office, 425 Railroad Street, P.O. Box 202, Jeffersonville, Georgia, 31044. All Bids will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days.

Any contractor submitting a bid must be licensed by the State of Georgia. License numbers must be written on the face of the bid envelope. No bid will be opened unless it contains the Contractor¿s license number. See instructions to Bidders for additional bidding requirements.

The work to be done for this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the project titled Sgoda Road Service Area 200,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank ¿ Division B as shown on the construction drawings. Plans and Contract Documents are on file for review at the Twiggs County Board of Commission Chambers, Twiggs County Courthouse, and the Dodge Plan Room. Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids are expected to be funded through Local Funds and Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. Davis-Bacon requirements are in place for this contract. All bid forms must be accompanied by the appropriate bonds to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
