ARPA: Dry Branch Water Improvements ¿ Div. B

Sealed Bids: Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed bids for the project titled 200,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank ¿ Division B until Wednesday, June 18, at 4:00 PM at the Board of Commissioners office, 425 Railroad Street, P.O. Box 202, Jeffersonville, Georgia, 31044. All Bids will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days.
Work To Be Done: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the project titled 200,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank ¿ Division B as shown on the construction drawings. In general, the work consists of a 200,000-gallon elevated water storage tank with a height of 140.0' from the top of the concrete foundation to the tank overflow. Also included are yard piping, erosion control, grassing, grading, fencing, electrical, painting of tank and logo, and any additional appurtenances necessary for a complete and operational tank and all other associated measures shown in the construction drawing and specifications for a complete project. All work shall be done in accordance with plans and specifications. This work will be awarded in one contract.
Funding: Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids are expected to be funded through Local Funds and Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds.
