Army Research Office Maintenance and Repair

The United States Army Research Office (ARO) in Research Triangle Park, NC intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Frontier Hub LLC. located in Research Triangle Park, NC for the maintenance and service repairs of an existing building and systems. Services include operational maintenance requirements such as system failures, carpet repair, wall repairs, lock repairs, and electrical services. Frontier Hub LLC has currently in place specific trades that provide warranty service and operational maintenance which could/would negate warranties and associated responsibilities if outside vendors are used. Scope of work includes a complete inspection along with the capability of onsite emergency technical support (response time of 24 hours) for all future system failures.

This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. No solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide an equal or superior product are encouraged to identify themselves and provide supporting information to the Contracting Officer within 5 days of publication of this notice. All information received within 5 days of this synopsis will be reviewed and considered by the Government to determine if more than one source can meet the Governments requirements and capable to perform the work. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
