Armstrong Avenue Pedestrian Bridge (CIP No.70257) & Neighborhood D South Phase 2 Package #2 Improvements (CIP No.70256)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, as AGENCY, invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive bids for construction, materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services set forth herein, subject to all conditions outlined in the Bid Package.

Scope of Work: This work shall consist in part of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications and contract documents for the above stated project.

The work to be done hereunder consists of fine grading, ARHM roadway overlay, removals and adjustments, dry utilities, hardscape, landscaping and irrigation, pavement striping, signing and delineation, traffic signal installation and interconnect, street lighting, pathway lighting, and the construction of a pedestrian bridge:

• The Neighborhood D South area is generally bounded by Armstrong Ave, Warner Avenue, Airship Ave and Compass Avenue.
• The Linear Park area is generally west of Armstrong Ave and north of Airship Ave.
• Armstrong Pedestrian Bridge spans over Armstrong Avenue, southwest of Warner Avenue and north of Airship Avenue.

Project Schedule (contract days): 250 Working Days

Engineer’s Estimate: $ 10 Million

Liquidated Damages: $ 6700 / Calendar Day

Bid Valid (calendar days): 60 Days
