Armored Car Services

Collin County's intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract is to provide contractors with sufficient information to prepare a proposal for Armored Car Services to provide safe, secure and timely pickup and delivery of cash, bank deposits, and change orders to and from various Collin County locations. The selected contractor will be required to securely transfer cash, checks, and coin deposits to the County's designated banking institution, up to five (5) times per week. The selected provider will be responsible for providing armored vehicles, licensed and trained personnel, and relevant technology to meet the County's requirements.

Collin County is presently using internal, in-house courier services. Prior to September 2021, the County used an armored car service.
