The project is briefly described as follows: In general, the improvements on which bids are requested will require the placement of 9,708 gallons of asphaltic armor coat binder (CRS-2P), 139 tons of armor coat aggregate (expanded shale), and other incidentals as indicated in the Contract Documents. The Owner will supply the aggregate which will be stockpiled at 1st and Ella Streets.
