The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protections (DATCP) is seeking bids for the Printing of the ARM-ACM-212 - Letterhead carrier with 2 integrated Peel-Out Cards as outlined in the attached documents.

Laminate: 2 mil Face laminate is a Matte; 2 mil back laminate is a gloss; Matte laminate patch must be on both sides and placed on the page according to the art file provided.
Finishing: Peel-Out Cards: 2 places; placed on page according to the art file provided; die-cut around each card
Usage: must take laser-printed text and signatures written in permanent ink
