Arlington Neighborhood Streetscape Improvements Phase 1A

City of Methuen, MA (Owner) invites sealed Bids for Arlington Neighborhood Streetscape Improvements Phase 1A to include Base Bid for roadway reconstruction sidewalks, driveway, curbs ADA ramps, street markings; Alternate A (to be awarded at Owner’s option) – Substitute Concrete Sidewalk for Hot Mix Asphalt Sidewalk.  Substantial Completion:  by November 20, 2026   Final Completion:  April 30, 2027.

Bidding is per MGL Chapter 30 s39M. Prevailing wage rates per MGL c149 s26 to 27D inclusive issued by Dept. of Labor Standards.

Owner also reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.   Award is subject to available funding.
