MICC – Fort Belvoir is having Industry Day at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) Visitor Center. (Offeror will be escorted by the Government to the actual location) on Tuesday 17 December 2024 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at 1 Memorial Drive Arlington, Va. 22211. The Government is seeking preliminary market research information from capable and reliable sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified business sources capable of providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to provide rental uniforms and laundry services of uniforms to include laundering, pressing, sewing, repairing, replacement, pick-up and delivery for up to a maximum of eighty-nine (89) personnel to include male and female with an estimated 14% annual turnover rate. Required uniform breakdown as follows:
7 – Supervisor Sets
12 – Team Chief Sets
65 – Field Operation Sets
3 – Electrician/Welder/ Plumber Sets
2- Quality Assurance Sets
The Objective of this requirement is to furnish uniform support based on Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) requirements to ensure sufficient supply of uniforms are available and ready to always wear for each employee; provide laundry service that includes laundering, pressing, sewing, repair, replacement and pick-up and delivery of uniforms.
