Description View Changes
The Arlington National Cemetery Southern Expansion (ANCSE) is an approximately 60-acre expansion of Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). The Phase III Cemetery Expansion (THIS SOLICITATION) will provide more than 80,000 additional interment spaces including above ground cremated, in-ground cremated, in-ground traditional casketed, and in-ground crypts. A network of roadways, sidewalks, and pedestrian walkways will be constructed and tied into the existing system at ANC. New buildings include a visitor screening facility, public bathrooms, and an open-air committal shelter. See Attachments for full description of this requirement. Amendment 0001 is being issued to revise the solicitation due date and incorporate the revised Wage Rates. ** Reminder: Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit is scheduled for 29 January 2025 at 10am. Amendment 0002 is issued to extend the proposal due date to Monday, 14 April 2025, remove all information and clauses related to Project Labor Agreements (PLA).
