Arlington CDBG Project Water Meters Replacements

The City of Arlington, Georgia will accept sealed bids on the work below at Jimmie C. Harpe Community Center, 31 Martin Luther King Drive, Arlington, Georgia 39813 until 2:00 p.m. local time, October 23, 2025 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Project Title: Water Meter Replacement CDBG No. 24p-x-019-2-6372 CITY OF ARLINGTON ARLINGTON, CALHOUN AND EARLY COUNTY, GEORGIA
The project consists of: Replacement of approximately 512 - ¾¿ water meters, 4 - 1¿ water meters, 17 ¿ 2¿ water meters, 3 ¿ 2 1/2¿ water meters and 1 - 4¿ water meters with remote read water meters and system for operation.

The Owner reserves the rights to waive any and all informalities, to reject any and all bids, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditioned bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
