NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, December 9, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Arkansas State Police HQ’s Flooring Replacement located in Little Rock, AR for the Arkansas State Police PR #9602601.
There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held at 1:00PM on December 2, 2025, at 1 State Police Plaza Drive, Little Rock AR 72209. The State reserves the right to schedule additional mandatory meetings. No bid shall be accepted from any Bidder failing to attend any mandatory meeting(s).
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the contract documents should be examined, and electronic copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect by emailing Matthew Swaim ( mswaim@werarch.com ). Printed copies may be obtained from Southern Reprographics at 901 W 7th Street. Little Rock, AR 72201 501 372 4011. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $35.00 per set, payable to WER Architects. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return documents in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid opening. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and that bidder’s deposit will be refunded. Prime bidders requiring additional sets and sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics.

If the bid is $50,000.00 or more, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
