NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, May 5, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Arkansas State Hospital Buildings 5 & 6 Bathroom Renovations located in Little Rock, AR for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. PR #7102608
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at 10:00AM on April 28, 2026, at 305 S. Palm, Little Rock, AR 72205. Contractors are asked to meet at the Maintenance Building. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Morris AE, Inc., 5005 Hwy 161 South, Scott, AR 72142. (501)961-1003. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, payable to Morris & Associates. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return bidding documents in good condition within ten (10) days after the opening of bids. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the bidder’s deposit will be refunded. Prime bidders requiring additional sets and sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents.

If the bid is $50,000.00 or more, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
