FY2026 ARKANSAS LOOP THINNING PROJECT, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, FARMINGTON FIELD OFFICE, SAN JUAN COUNTY, NEW MEXICO

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Consider this solicitation (140L3726Q0007) as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal acquisition Circular 2019-03. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. NAICS 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry - Fuels Management Services. The small business size standard is $34.0 million. Product Service Code F014 - Natural Resources / Conservation - Tree Thinning. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type contract. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Farmington Field Office, San Juan County, New Mexico has a requirement to perform Manual Fuels Reduction / Seeding on approximately 213** acres. The project contains multiple treatment polygons in separate locations and generally lies approximately lies approximately 12 miles northeast of Aztec, NM. All project boundaries reside within BLM lands. Grid Coordinates are as follows: Township 31 N, Range 9 W, Section 8.

The project shall consist of 5 options with different acreages to quote on. Offers will be considered for award on the following schedules, but no offer will be considered for award on only a part of the schedule.

**Options 2, 3, 4 and 5 will be considered for award based on availability of funding.

In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12 and 13, RFQ 140L3726Q0007 is available for viewing through electronic commerce via Bureau of Land Management's website at https://sam.gov.

FAR 52.212-1 (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. When combined all evaluation factors are approximately equal to cost price.
