The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek proposals from qualified research institutions or consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive research study for the effects of live sonar’s impact on fish and catchment rates. This RFP is designed to provide the Prospective Contractor(s) with the information necessary to prepare a competitive Response. This RFP process is for AGFC’s benefit and is intended to provide AGFC with competitive information.
