Summary

Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), has a requirement for conducting an Intercity Bus Study. The Department is required to fund intercity bus service in Arizona with Section 5311 funds and this study will provide guidance for compliance with this requirement as outlined in FTA Circular 9040.1.

Process

A Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Monday, September 8th, 2025 at 9:00 AM Arizona Time via Google Meet. You are required to RSVP to Matthew Martinez at mmartinez12@azdot.gov. Include the attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) for those that will be in attendance no later than Thursday, September 4, 2024 to receive a calendar invite for the Google Meeting.
