Argyle Elementary School HVAC Improvements

Project Description: The project consists of the demolition and the replacement of the existing HVAC systems for the approximately 66,000 square feet elementary school. The new HVAC systems to be provided, include dedicated outside air units, a cooling tower, water-sourced heat pumps, packaged rooftop DX systems, a VRF system, vertical package units, ductless split systems, and exhaust fans. In addition, the project will provide pumps, piping, associated accessories, sensors, electrical distribution systems, and structural systems associated with the new HVAC systems. Where systems are replaced or provided within this scope, the affected architectural elements will be repaired, restored, and replaced as required.
