The Government intends to procure an Argus Natural Gas Americas Services - 30-User Licenses for the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The Government is contemplating award in accordance with FAR Parts 13.5 and
12. The contract will be awarded using the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type with an overall period of performance of
one (1) base year plus three(3) one-year options.
