BRIDGE EXPANSION JOINT REPAIR PRODUCTS
PAPER BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND ALL BIDS MUST BE
SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY VIA WVOasis. To register for WVOasis go to
www.wvoasis.gov, click the green VSS button at the top right of the page, and follow the required
steps.
Bids will be received via WVOasis until 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at which time said bids
will be publicly opened and read at the office of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, Beckley South
building, 374 George St., Beckley, West Virginia 25801. No bids will be received after the scheduled
opening.
All bids submitted by bidders who have been debarred or declared ineligible by the Director of the
Purchasing Division shall be rejected.
The Parkways Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Prospective vendors are responsible
for all toll charges incurred while providing goods or services to the West Virginia Parkways Authority.
