ARFF/SRE Building – Phase 1 (Site Work Package)

The proposed project involves sitework, utility work, and associated preparations for the future construction of a new ARFF/SRE facility having an approximate 46,000 sq ft. footprint. Specific tasks involve clearing, grading, site preparation, and installation of underground primary service lines including domestic water, sanitary, storm sewer systems, along with vertical boreholes and wellfield for a future geothermal heating and cooling system. Also included will be installation of the primary electrical service lines as well as provisional conduits for communication, data, and security infrastructure. Additional project work under this phase includes construction of access roadways from non-secure to secure areas, parking area, site lighting, perimeter fencing modifications, and airfield access roadway pavement.
