090512 ARDOT 12" Waterline Relocation

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed, insured, and experienced Contractor for the construction of approximately 3,040 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water pipeline starting east of Hwy 112, north of Elk Rd, for the City of Bentonville Water Department. The construction of this new line will replace the existing 12” ductile iron line along Hwy 112 to allow the construction of the new alignment of Hwy 112 by ARDOT. Construction shall also include clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment control, a 24-inch steel casing pipe under a proposed ARDOT roadway, construction of a 12” metered interconnection line, and all other appurtenances as required by the plans and specifications for a complete and operational system.

Pre Bid Meeting Information: There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting (in-person) held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, located at Bentonville Municipal Complex, Water Utilities Conference Room A133, 3200 SW Municipal Drive Bentonville, AR 72712. The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held to allow Bidders an opportunity to view the work area and field verify any needed measurements.
