This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of Archives Server Room AC, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).
Complete relocation of server room AC condensing unit as detailed in drawing prepared by MacPherson Engineering Inc. dated February 17, 2026.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on March 12, 2026. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. Bidders are to meet in the building main lobby at 2440 Broad Street, Regina, SK.
