Scope:

The Town of Leesburg, Virginia (the “Town”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to assist the Town with an update to the Old and Historic District (OHD) Architectural Survey. The purpose of the Architectural Survey is to identify the architectural style, approximate age, and contributing or non-contributing status of all structures within the OHD. Consultant work is focused on updates to the existing Architectural Survey. Once completed, the revised Architectural Survey will inform changes to the zoning regulations, mapping, and design guidelines independent of this contract.
