The City of Woodstock (the “City”), acting through the Woodstock Opera House/Department of Cultural and Performing Arts, is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive architectural and related professional services for the renovation and enhancement of Stage Left, located at 125 W. Van Buren Street, adjacent to the Woodstock Opera House at 121 W. Van Buren Street. The selected firm will deliver a full scope of architectural services from conceptual design through construction administration and post-occupancy, with specific attention to state grant compliance requirements, historic context, and stakeholder coordination.
Deliver proposals by Friday, November 7, 2025, 5:00 pm.
