Synopsis:
|
|
The Successful Supplier will be required to undertake the completion of detailed design plans and specifications suitable for tendering to repair and upgrade the historic chalet building at Moose Mountain Provincial Park, which serves as the administration building and visitor reception centre.
This building is designated as a Provincial Heritage Property, and as such the renovation/upgrades are subject to the appropriate approvals and restrictions aimed at protecting the heritage value of the property.
A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on July 2, 2025. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid.
